Hello and thank you for your reply. Did you see my note yet? Since you're a database programmer, can you explain the difference between computerization and automation? I not fond of computerization because it doesn't reflect all that we do. On the other hand, automation might not be the right word. I'm hoping you could shed some light! Thanks.
