Cnsultei o glossário e não encontrei o termo. Pensei em "suspend" mas acho que isso poderia criar dúvida quando ao motivo. Acho que "on hold" talvez ofereça uma idéia mais próxima. Pensei também em "on stand-by". Agradeço a todos.
