Given that you have more context and it seems that this person is a bank manager rather than a board member I think your choice is correct. However when actually talking about a member of the board or a director of the bank itself (ie of the banking group or company) the correct preposition is actually "do" Banco do Brasil ... imo see example sentence:
"O PSD quer que António Marta, antigo administrador do Banco de Portugal responsável pela supervisão, seja a primeira pessoa a ser ouvida pela Comissão de Inquérito Parlamentar à supervisão bancária e financeira, que hoje tomou posse."
