Portuguese term or phrase: na sua esfera (urgent)
Dear collegues,

I would like your help with this technical terminology. Although I have a possible translation and understand expression, I'm not completely convinced and would like to know your suggestions. I would need the equivalent technical expression in English.

CONTEXTO:

"A (...) entende que os dividendos recebidos não devem ser sujeitos a tributação na sua esfera no exercício do seu recebimento.."

Thanks very much in advance!

Explanation:
It makes no sense to translate "na sua esfera" in isolation. The translation of the source sentence is:

"(...) considers that the dividends received should not form part of its taxable income during the tax year in which they were received."
