Sim. O afastamento para curso pode ocorrer nas seguintes formas:

Com ônus, quando a autorização abranger direito a passagem, bolsa e/ou auxílio, fixado o valor de até no máximo 80% daquela concedida por instituição oficial afim, quando houver, além do vencimento ou salário e demais vantagens do cargo, função ou emprego;

Com ônus limitado, quando autorizado apenas o vencimento ou salário e demais vantagens do cargo, função ou emprego;

Sem ônus, quando ocorrer a suspensão total do vencimento ou salário e das demais vantagens do cargo, função ou emprego, e não acarretar qualquer despesa para a Administração Pública Estadual.
