This appears in a bank deposit book from Portugal. It is part of an alphanumeric code describing credit entries on the statement of account. It appears in the "Description" column, and the numbers in the code (PGRXXXXXX) are different each time.

The real meaning of the acronym is established for intenal purposes only.
On the other hand, there are some (suspicious) deposits that are investigated by the Procuradoria Geral da República, in Portugal.
