Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / RFP: client's obligations | | Portuguese term or phrase: para dedução em medição sem cobrança de taxa de administração | Hi All,
I'm translating an RFP, and the following is in the list of client's obligations:
"Fornecimento de diesel, explosivos, rebocador e barco de apoio, para dedução em medição sem cobrança de taxa de administração;"
I'm happy with the start of the phrase, but second half (para dedução em medição) particularly is causing me some confusion.
Could anyone provide any advice on how to deal with this?

Já para overhead, segundo a wikipedia "In business, overhead or overhead expense refers to an ongoing expense of operating a business (also known as Operating Expenses - rent, gas/electricity, wages etc.). The term overhead is usually used to group expenses that are necessary to the continued functioning of the business but cannot be immediately associated with the products/services being offered"
