I know AMAGIS is Associação dos Magistrados Mineiros, but would be grateful for a heads up on these.

Explanation:
"Equivalência salarial" is an important concept for various financial operations in Brazil, including mortgage payments (see link). I'm not sure of its exact meaning, but it generates a lot of hits in Google.

Amounts tend to be calculated on "salary equivalence", i.e. "calculado sobre equivalência salarial) or "s/equiv sal". I can't be certain that this is the meaning here, but there is a high probability.
