Write off (of Accounts Receivable)
Explanation:
I think we need to look at the full phrase, ‘Baixas dos títulos do Contas a Receber’, rather than just at ‘Baixas dos titulos’. My suggestion is ‘Write off of Accounts Receivable’. Take a look at the examples below.

“Under the allowance method, if a specific customer's accounts receivable is identified as uncollectible, it is written off by removing the amount from Accounts Receivable.”

“The write-off of receivables will be approved when the minimum standard of collection outlined in Receivables 2.0 (Debt Collection Policies) has not resulted in payment of the debt.”

Accounts Receivable Write-off

Explanation:
Aparentemente trata-se de um departamento de contas a receber, por isso coloquei accounts receivable. Poderia também ser, no geral, "securities wite-off" o ainda mais geral "financial instruments write-off"

-> Thanks, Paula! And, yes, I should have put ‘receivables’ as an option in my answer – my second example even supports this!
