Explanation:
It is ten times better is almost correct, but 10x1 is 10, not 10x0.
It is hard to translate this because the counting would be different in Australia, for instance, since they would be thinking of baseball or footy or Ozzie rules.
It is a 10 out of 10 compared to a 0 out of 10 would probably be better, but it changes it all into something really long.
You could also say it is a bash, for instance, but we then take away the effect of the figures.
The person can probably infer they are thinking of soccer or something.
