"bonificando os profissionais com base na meritocracia, nas atitudes e nos comportamentos esperados: paixão pelo cliente, ética, integridade, ..." etc.

Entendo bem o significado, e busco uma expressão em inglês (e não "passion for the customer"!) que fica bem num documento empresarial.
