Can anyone tell me the difference between these. To me they are both "breastfeeding leave". They both have different input codes in SAP so there must be a difference.
The country here is Portugal.

Feeding leave vs breastfeeding leave
Explanation:

Direito a dispensa para amamentação ou aleitação;

Legislação: artigos 35º, nº 1 i), 47º, 48º e 65º da Lei 7/2009 de 12.02

Breastfeeding leave (for parents of either sex)

Explanation:
I think it is now called Aleitação because in some countries fathers are entitled to this leave, in the case where the mother is not actually breastfeeding - it's time off to give the kid milk! It still seems to be known as 'breastfeeding leave' though.
