This is Portuguese Portuguese. Its some type of bonus. Could it be a "signing bonus" or perhaps a "spotters bonus" given to someone who brings an employee into the company?

The document already has a term called "Bonus entrada" which I also think is signing bonus, and Premio de entrada" which have different codes, but they both sound the same to me.
Any ideas?
