If this relates to Brazilian labour law, STI may refer to union contributions. STI seems to stand for "Sindicato dos Trabalhadores nas Indústrias de...", as can be seen in the link below, and unions are about contributions. From research on the Internet, it seems to me that "STI" is used generically to refer to union contributions which, according to art. 545 of the Labour Law, must be discounted by the employer and passed on to the relevant union.
