Portuguese term or phrase: chamar a foice de seara alheia
European Portuguese, from a corporate branding text describing how employees should act/represent the brand:

"Estou pronto a aprender.
A ouvir, a ver, a deixar falar, a reconhecer,
a colaborar, a experimentar, a errar depressa,
a fazer diferente, a pedir ajuda.
A dar o braço a torcer, a chamar a foice de seara alheia."

I am familiar with the expression "meter a foice em seara alheia", but have never seen "chamar a foice de seara alheia".

Any hints or suggestions, in English or Portuguese, would be most welcome. Many thanks!
