No caso, como é título, é um lindo trocadilho, e aí fica complicado.

O ferro desta expressão é a arma, não o metal em si. Se você usar *Iron and Fire* não será fiel ao sentido da expressão. Por outro lado, como manter o sentido e o trocadilho? Como a expressão a ferro e fogo significa ir em frente, abrindo caminho qalquer que seja o custo, você poderia perder o trocadilho e usar *At all cost*.

  -> Concordo plenamente. Mas a ferro e fogo tb signfica passar por cima de tudo, ir matando e queimando. É complicado traduzir títulos, ainda mais quando eles trazem trocadilhos.
