Portuguese term or phrase: Emprestimo de primeiro/segundo grau
In the insurance contract I'm translating it refers to 'Emprestimo de primeiro grau', and also 'emprestimo de igual ou de segundo grau'. How does this primeiro/segundo grau term translate into English?

thanks for your help
