Portuguese term or phrase: repatriamento sanitário

This is in a table about coverage of travel insurance: "Inclui transporte ou repatriamento sanitário, envio de medicamentos de urgência para o estrangeiro, transmissão de mensagens urgentes ..."
I believe this is a way of saying they send the body back if the insured person dies whilst travelling... is this right and how do you say that in English without putting it so baldly? Any help much appreciated as ever.

I ended up going with this as I think it sounds more accessible to the average reader, although I think sanitary repatrition is also correct.
