When I am not certain about which expression to use, when more than one is adequate, I use google to "test" them. Like, google "claims superintendent" (quotes included!!!!) and you'll get 1790 hits. Google "casualty superindent", it brings 240. This is a dangerous "gauge" but I find it useful if you know what you are doing (like "claims superintendent" also have another meaning when "claim" is a verb).

Oh, by the way, actually sinistro is not "claim", in English, but a "sinistro" leads to a claim that's why the title uses claim.
