Prezados Colegas,
Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução, do português para o inglês, do termo "proponente" no seguinte contexto:
"A Contratada efetuará a venda de Produtos apenas aos PROPONENTES/clientes portadores de cartões de crédito administrados por XXX ("Clientes") que: (i) houverem-no efetivamente solicitado; ou (ii) aceitem efetivamente o produto oferecido pela Contratada."
Trata-se de um contrato de venda de seguros através de telemarketing.
Neste caso devo traduzir "proponente" como "applicant" ou vocês têm alguma sugestão melhor?
