O responsável que preenche a ficha pode indicar "dependentes" que serão tanto beneficiários como tambem estarão incluídos na apólice que ele contrata ao entrar no parque. Exemplo, se o leão comer o dependente, o responsável é ressarcido. Se o leão comer o responsável, o dependente ganha a indenização.
