Law/Patents - Insurance / Insurance Company | | Portuguese term or phrase: Emprestimo de seguro | Na prática trata-se de uma variante simplificada das fraudes de tipo "advance fee". A quadrilha de fraudadores, através de anúncios em jornais ou outras formas de publicidade, se apresenta como sociedade financeira a propõe financiamentos pessoais (coisas na casa de 1.000 R$ até 15.000 R$ normalmente, mas pode ser mais) ou para pequenas empresas, freqüentemente baseado em supostos "seguros de garantia". Em função deste seguro, eles alegam ter condição de financiar mesmo pessoas ou empresas com restrições de cadastro.
Acredito que nao seja Insurance Loan.... deve ter um termo mais especifico... ate porque esse tipo de "emprestimo de seguro" é no sentido fraudulento. alguma sugestao?
