I wonder if some one could comment on correct wording for the very last sentence/phrase.
I understand what 'sucumbenciais' means - burden of responsibility for paying legal fees and litigation costs etc, also the reference to 'assistente' means something more than than just 'assistant'as we normally understand, I believe it means legal assistant or some form of third party in this case ?
