Bus/Financial - Insurance / terminology | | Portuguese term or phrase: de baixa dos sistemas | I have some doubts over the above mentioned phrase relative to the below mentioned contexts.
This is an insurance claim dealing with an argument over the amount of damaged goods being claimed and those calculated by the adjuster.
"Itens 01 a 03: para comprovação das quantidades sinistradas, a CIA XXXX apresentou
os Laudos Técnicos 16925, 16414 e 17466 (anexo 24), além dos comprovantes
de baixa dos sistemas (anexos 24 e 25).
Estes comprovantes apresentaram uma pequena diferença em relação às
quantidades reclamadas, o que se deve a ajustes que foram realizados posteriormente pela CIA XXXX."
And if it assists further, I qt/unqt below the siad referred to Annexes too.
"24. Laudos técnicos emitidos pelo Controle de Qualidade da XXXXX sob os nº
16925, 16414 e 17466/2010, com os respectivos registros operacionais de baixa
dos produtos;
25. Registros de baixa de produtos no sistema contendo os respectivos valores, inclusive de tributos;" |
