Bus/Financial - Insurance / Complaint letter | | Portuguese term or phrase: foi por isso que fiz o seguro atrasados | This is a complaint letter re unemployment insurance cover that the complainant has taken out but hasn't received the money she is owed:
Desde entao tenho comprido com todas as cartas dos decumentos k me foranm pedidos ms ate a data deste email nao recebi nem um centimo embora a companhioa seguradora aceitou k me ireia pagar isto prolonga desde a data do meu desemprego, a minha situcao do banco nao esta favoravel pork eu tenho os meus encargos mensais k foi por isso k fiz o seguro atrasados inclusive o dinheiro do job center eme retirado pelo banco para amortizar o k devo k de valor £ XXXX mais as minhas despesas k vao para traz por falta de pagamentos tm me foi curtado o tm hoje ainda me encontro a procura de trabalho .

He states the insurance company accepted he was going to pay, and then the unemployment and the fact that he has monthly fees, etc., indicating a shortage of money.
