Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução do termo SINISTRO no seguinte contexto:
"SINISTRO - é o descumprimento comprovado pelo SEGURADO de sua obrigação de geração ou entrega de RCEs, nos termos do ACORDO DE COMPRA DE REDUÇÃO DE EMISSÕES ou, na inexistência deste último, nos termos das especificações do PROJETO, ocasionado exclusivamente pela ocorrência do EVENTO COBERTO, nos termos desta APÓLICE."
Pelo sentido, eu traduziria SINISTRO como "default" ou "liability"...
