the deadline will be postponed Explanation: Basically it means the deadline (prazo) for compliance (cumprimento) will be postponed (protelado) for a period of time equal to the delay (atraso) caused by a force majeure event. E.g. if an event causes a delay of, say, 3 weeks and this is proven to be force majeure, the deadline will be postponed by 3 weeks. I hope this helps. |
