Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / real estate
Portuguese term or phrase: preço balcão
The term is in the following sentence: "sendo o valor de 1 (uma) saca de soja (preço balcão) resultante do valor médio do dia do pagamento". I have no idea what it means even in portuguese! Thanks a lot for your help.

Morais Pinho. Dicionário de termo de negócios.

Noronha. Dicionário jurídico.

"balcão = counter"

Chave de Mello. Dicionário jurídico.

"balcão: over-the-counter"

Assuming the "counter price" or the "over-the-counter price" is the same as the retail price (usually "varejo"), it would be the same. But, to play it conservatively, the actual translation is "counter" or "over-the-counter" price.
