agree  ViBe: I'd consider adding "out-of-court" (to capture the "extrajudicial" part, unless it's implied already in your wording) and "collection" -> “this Agreement shall be deemed as an out-of-court enforced collection instrument”

  -> Yes, although the term is misleading as legal proceedings still have to be commenced to enforce the "título", which just has "efeito declarativo".
