Portuguese to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
Portuguese term or phrase: reiterado
The context is: Sem prejuízo de regras especiais para determinadas situações de
incumprimento, qualquer das partes poderá resolver o presente contrato por
incumprimento grave, sendo reiterado das obrigações atribuídas à outra parte.

I have never encountered the expression "reiterar de uma obrigação" before. The suggested meanings of "pedir de novo, requerer de novo, insistir no pedido, intentar novamente a ação ou a execução do ato" do not work.

Asker: Thanks Liz, but I don't think that works. The problem is that I do not know what does.
