Explanation:
FGTS - Fundo de Garantia de Tempo de Serviço. It is a redundancy fund held in the employee's name by the Caixa Econômica Federal to which the employer contributes 8% of the employee's gross salary per month. The employee can access the money if he is made redundant or in some other circumstances. "movimentação" would refer to withdrawals, as the only other "movimentação" is the monthly deposit by the employer.
