Portuguese to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | Portuguese term or phrase: súmulas trabalhistas | A contratada obriga-se a:
Utilizar-se de profissionais qualificados e especializados, devidamente treinados atendendo à legislação pertinente e/ou subcontratados/terceiros nos exatos termos permitidos por lei, súmulas trabalhistas e convenções sindicais vigentes |
| | | labour law binding precedent | Explanation: In Brazil, "súmulas trabalhistas" are issued by the Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, which is the highest court for labour issues.
Obviously, for EN-US, the equivalent term would use "labor".

Please leave out the word "binding". As Donna points out, these are not "súmulas vinculantes", which would be binding.
So the corrected term would be "labour law precedent". |
