In Brazil, "súmulas trabalhistas" are issued by the Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, which is the highest court for labour issues.
Obviously, for EN-US, the equivalent term would use "labor".

Please leave out the word "binding". As Donna points out, these are not "súmulas vinculantes", which would be binding.
So the corrected term would be "labour law precedent". |
