the bride takes the name...
Explanation:
"adapatados" must be a typo.
Brazilian marriage certificates always specify the name by which the bride wishes to be known in the future. Sometimes it says that's the name that she will "sign." I don't like to translate this as "name assumed by the woman. ' Usually I say "the bride takes the name [full name]____" In this case, they refer only to surnames, which is unusual in my experience.
If you need to be literal, "The bride takes the surnames ____ and ___."

I thought that I may as well add that when the couple gets divorced (a fact that is always recorded on the Marriage Certificate) you have "the woman [not the "bride" here] resumes the use of her maiden name" which is usually spelled out after that statement.
Brazilians often telephone me to translate marriage certificates - but quite often there's a divorce decree included, that I didn't know about....or I would have charged a higher fee. The person needs the translation in order to remarry in the US.
