normal payment for days off Explanation: We do not have 'abono' in English because people take 'leave of absence' or they take days off their holidays, I think. Also, people usually miss work and nobody cares, what means that they get paid anyway. I think nobody would ask them to pay for a day in which they did not attend if they really had not attended. |
