English translation:Forensic Medical Examination as determined by Precautionary Examination
Explanation:
I'm not sure of the meaning of the phrase as a whole, but both "exames" refer to medical examinations as the following clarifies:

"Como todo presidiário está sob responsabilidade do Estado, cada vez que ele entra, sai ou é transferido de presídio deve fazer o exame de corpo de delito, nesses casos também chamado de exame cautelar." http://mundoestranho.abril.com.br/edicoes/36/saude/conteudo_...

The following clarifies the usage of the English terms:

"I understand that a forensic medical examination for evidence of domestic violence can, with my consent, be conducted by a health care
professional to discover and preserve evidence of the assault." http://72.14.205.104/search?q=cache:VDb-KAoXXIYJ:domesticabu...

"Forensic physicians are registered medical practitioners who specialise in: the care and examination of people who are, or are alleged to be, the victims or perpetrators of a crime; the recovery of forensic samples; and the preparation of evidence for court, given orally or in writing." http://www.crfp.org.uk/specialties/specialties/medical_exami...

Notes to answerer
Asker: I would keep that in the summary. But honestly I believe that there are a name for that "writ". This case is Bank crime, does not involve "body" and the Judge requested "Exame de Corpo Delito. Many, many thanks for thy help me.
