"O Acordo Nacional para uso de XYZ é um instrumento acordado junto às empresas fabricantes"

Fica estranho dizer que o acordo X é um instrumento acordado, soa redundante. Busco uma outra forma dizer para dizer que o instrumento foi acordado.

Gostei muito da explicação do colega Ivan Rocha, porém vou sugerir o acima, pois sempre ouço em depoimentos e tribunais "written agreement", o que mais popularmente traduziríamos como "acordo por escrito", mas "instrumento acordado" soa mais chique. Rsssss. Quaisquer comentários, ainda que contrários, são benvindos, pois consistem no caminho para as melhores soluções.
