Prezados Colegas,

Abs

permanent title [to the property]
Explanation:
as an adjective PHRASE "de titulo definitivo" can simply mean "permanent" or "definitive" but here it seems to be the noun "titulo" - title to property - plus the adjective "definitivo" so I think we have permanent title to this property, ending any controversy as to the ownership, or simply making permanent a situation that was temporary or undefined

Warranty deeds transfer ownership of property from one party to another. They are recognized legally once they have been signed and witnessed by a notary public or attorney. Warranty deeds offer the buyer a guaranty that the seller owns the property free and clear of any claims or liens against the property from a third party. Usually, warranty deeds are used for the purchase of a home or real estate. Although the sale is final once the deed is signed, it must be recorded to protect against future claims against the property.
