Prezados Colegas,

Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para a expressão SEGURANÇA JURÍDICA no seguinte contexto:

"Não se pode admitir que o Fisco lavre Autos de Infração a partir de presunções, sem a observância de regras e princípios, pervertendo a SEGURANÇA JURÍDICA e a verdade, dificultando ao contribuinte sua defesa."

Encontrei as expressões "legal certainty" e "judicial security", mas não estou certa de sua exatidão. Pensei em usar "legal stability". Vocês confirmam uma dessas traduções ou têm alguma sugestão melhor?

disagree  MARK ROBERTSON: Your first source is a somewhat cumbersome translation, while your second source restricts the concept of legal security to the law enforcement/criminal justice system, while the concept of segurança jurídica is much wider and more fundamental than that.
