In my experience the usual form is inscrição no. ... apresentação no... The apresentação is the filing of an application for an entry to be made in the register, which is frequently accompanied by a document that attests to the act or fact to be registered.

I don't think so. It is the third document i come across with the same expression, Apresentação dez or cinco. That is the number of the Apresentação, i just don't know what that Apresentação is. These type of certificates always mention entries and registration numbers but I have never found anything like this. And this week it is the third one! So i'm guessing it's something new. In the other documents there was only: “Apresentação number ten,” it didn't even mention Inscrição...

The inscrição (entry) number, which appears to have been omitted in error, will only coincidentally be the same as the apresentação (filing) number.
