Sometimes the answers proposed to KudoZ questions are real alternatives and it is up to the Asker to select the answer he/she prefers. In this case however and with all due respect to Teresa, the answer she proposed is just plain wrong. This is no reflection on Teresa, who is by no means confident (level 3 confidence) of the correctness of her answer. I stand by my answer as the correct one and intend to make the corresponding glossary entry. Mine is the answer of a qualified lawyer and was confirmed by Ivan, who is, I think, qualified in Brazilian law.
