I am translating a court of appeal judgement into English and I do not know what is the best way of translating"alcance expressão real e faça todo o sentido" in the following sentence: "possibilitando(...) que o conteúdo das responsabilidades parentais inserido nos arts. 1877° e segts do Código Civil alcance expressão real e faça todo o sentido" (meaning that what is stated in the articles referred to verifies itself in practice).
How would this be said in English in a similar document?

We did not get to this part of the text when correcting it in class, so I am unsure what would be the best option. Thank you anyway!
