Portuguese term or phrase: Redações anteriores
I'm translating a ministerial order from Brazil.

At the end of ever article there is this wording:

Art. 1 (...). (Redaçao dada pela Instruçao Normativa XY).

______________________________________. Redações anteriores

Art. 2 "(...). (Redaçao dada pela Instruçao Normativa XYZ).

______________________________________. Redações anteriores

Etc.

The confusing part is that I'm not sure if those lines are separators between the sections of the order, or if they plainly blank lines. So this where it leaves my head spinning on "Redações anteriores"

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. But in this case, instruçao is not instruction but a ministerial order.
