Agreeing with Tánia, with the exception that I think "composition with creditors" is redundant in this context, since the legal term implies an agreement with a creditor: "Composition" is a term for a private agreement with creditors "that provides an exception to the general rule that debts must be paid in full. In a composition, the debtor and creditors agree that the creditors will take less than the full amount of their debts and/or agree to provide an extension of time in which the debtor may pay the debt."
