Art. 179 - Distomatose - As carcaças de animais portadores de distomatose hepática devem ser condenadas quando houver *caquexia* consecutiva.

Art. 180 - Equinococose - podem ser condenadas as carcaças de animais portadores de equinococose, desde que concomitantemente haja *caquexia*. § 1º - Os órgãos e as partes atingidas serão sempre condenados.

Art. 186 - Icterícia - Devem ser condenadas às carcaças que apresentem coloração amarela intensa ou amarelo-esverdeada, não só na gordura, mas também no tecido conjuntivo, aponevroses, ossos, túnica interna dos vasos, ao lado de caracteres de afecção do fígado ou quando o animal não tenha sido sangrado bem e mostre numerosas manchas sanguíneas, musculatura avermelhada e gelatinosa, ou ainda quando revele sinais de *caquexia* ou anemia, decorrentes de intoxicação ou infecção.
