neutral  Jennifer Byers: Wouldn't bother with "soiled". It's a given, since it is poultry manure mixed with the bedding (wood shavings, rice hulls, etc.) that is scooped up when the chicken houses are cleaned.

  -> 1. But its called poultry litter even before the birds get to poop on it. 2. OK you have a point, usage counts, but so does sense.
