Need a term that is meaningful 06:46 Nov 4, 2010
This looks to me like a legal (or contractual) distinction. As such, I think I need to have some idea of a consequential difference between a credentialed (licensed, or perhaps, "official", i.e. registered) affiliate/member, and the "cooperado". Ideally, I would like a clear idea of the meaning of the legalistic distinction (which could, after all, be merely "registered" or the like), and from that I could hope to find out how legal English would term the difference. We may need someone who is familiar with Brazilian legal or contractual terminology (I'm more medical). I do need to be pretty sure that the answer is right in the end, though, so knowing the sources or reasoning for opinions offered would be very helpful. |
