Realizar plano de cuidados de enfermagem e supervisionar a continuidade da assistência prestada aos pacientes cirúrgicos;

Supervisionar as ações dos profissionais da equipe de enfermagem;

Conferir o material permanente e psicotrópicos do setor;
Orientar a desmontagem da sala cirúrgica e o encaminhamento de materiais especiais;
Priorizar o atendimento aos pacientes dependendo do grau de complexidade clínico e cirúrgico;
Checar materiais e equipamentos necessários ao ato cirúrgico;
Manter ambiente cirúrgico seguro tanto para o paciente quanto para a equipe multiprofissional;
Recepcionar o paciente no CC, certificando-se do correto preenchimento dos impressos próprios do CC, prontuário, pulseira de identificação e exames pertinentes ao ato cirúrgico;
Acompanhar o paciente à SO;
Auxiliar na transferência do paciente da maca para a mesa cirúrgica, certificando-se do correto posicionamento de catéteres, sondas e drenos;
Realizar inspeção física no paciente na entrada da sala de operações;
Avaliar o correto posicionamento do paciente para o ato anestésico-cirúrgico;
Colaborar no ato anestésico caso haja necessidade;
Realizar sondagem vesical, caso haja necessidade;
Checar resultados de exames laboratoriais realizados no transoperatório;
Auxiliar na transferência do paciente da mesa cirúrgica para maca realizando breve inspeção física para detectar possíveis eventos adversos e certificando-se do correto posicionamento de catéteres, sondas e drenos;
Informar as condições clínicas para o enfermeiro da Unidade Intermediária (UI) e / ou Centro de Terapia Intensiva (CTI), acompanhando o paciente sempre que possível;
Atuar junto ao chefe de equipe de anestesia e cirurgia na liberação das salas;
Providenciar a arrecadação dos pertences dos pacientes e anotar em livro próprio.
Supervisionar o serviço de limpeza;
Providenciar a manutenção de equipamentos junto aos setores competentes;
Realizar relato em livro de ordens e ocorrências.

disagree  liz askew: I think they are higher up the scale than "nursing assistant", i.e. a fully-qualified nurse.

PURPOSE. This study aims to validate the nursing diagnosis of anxiety among expert Brazilian nurses and clinicians using NANDA International defining characteristics and to compare the clinical judgments of the experts and the clinicians.
METHOD. A semistructured questionnaire was completed by a convenience sample of 120 nurses. NANDA International defining characteristics of the Brazilian Portuguese version were used. The analysis of the ratings was based on the framework of the Diagnostic Content Validation model. Brazilian nurses considered the anxiety definition established by NANDA International to be appropriate and experts’ and clinicians’ judgments were similar for both groups of nurses.
OBJETIVO. Validar o diagnostico de enfermagem de ansiedade com enfermeiros especialistas e assistenciais brasileiros usando as características definidoras da NANDA e comparar seus julgamentos clínicos.
MÉTODOS. Um questionário semi-estruturado foi respondido por uma amostra de conveniência de 120 enfermeiros. As características definidoras do diagnostico de ansiedade da NANDA em sua versão em português foi usada e a análise seguiu o modelo de Validação de Conteúdo Diagnóstico.

I made the mistaken assumption that it was 'nursing assistant', but this is different. I think it may be what is called 'attending nurse' (93,700 hits) based on the job description posted by Marlene (from http://www.biohard.com.br/mcouto/id321.htm). The person is an RN with advanced responsibilities.
