One of the meanings of "conforme" is 'depending on', and I understood the phrase to mean 'depending on the routine ... ' I think the jury is still out on which meaning is correct.
as two colleagues have suggested, it's not clear to me why the statement is being made at all. Presumably any ultrasound procedure is conducted following standard procedures. Anything less would be disgraceful.
Perhaps if we had more context the point of this sentence could be understood better.

Yes, "rotina" is a legitimate Portuguese word but, in that specific construction, it reeks of careless translation from English (I'm just sayin', y'know...). Nonetheless, the phrase refers to their routine or standard procedures. In the US, "standard" might have an edge - the acronym SOP or Standard Operation Procedure being well known - but routine is also good.
