We attend insured (and uninsured) patients

Explanation:
convênios are known as health insurance/health plan organizations/associations

I get the idea that this serves more as a marketing ploy. So depending on the practice, you might use We welcome insured and uninsured patients

Notes to answerer
Asker: About Georgia's comments: a patient without health insurance [or any health care plan] is a paying patient. The meaning of the sentence in Portuguese is: doctors at this clinic see paying patients and those covered by health-care plans.

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
neutral  Georgia Morgan: but that sounds, to me, as if the patient would not have to pay, which is not the case - don't you think? I agree with the use of "see". It was the "without health insurance" I was talking about.

-> Hi Georgia. A doctor "sees" paying patients all the time. The "see" doesn't imply in the mode of service. Oh I see, sorry about that. I'm not sure that "w/o health insurance" automatically implies in a non-payer but I do see your point.
