Tem as seguintes indicações terapêuticas:

-**Estados ango-depressivos** com queixas somáticas nomeadamente digestivas.
-Estados **ango-depressivos** observados no alcoólico em período de
desintoxicação.
Through Luiza's reference, I was able to find 'anxio-depressive', which has 6,300 hits--enough to make it acceptable. (I'm hesitant to use the name of a product when translating an application for approval of a new formulation.)
...are not familiar with this expression. I also posed this question to a psychiatrist friend in Brazil. He sent out a bulletin to his colleagues and they had not heard of it! They agree that it's related to anxiety...
